Percentage-wise, I say no. Most centers end up playing for many teams, especially late in their career. Look at PJ Brown or Shaquille O'Neal as examples.

He is their franchise player and so I could see it happening. They'll really want him to stay and provided they've got enough cash, I think he will.

No way, with today's NBA its extremely unlikely for any younger player to stay in one place their whole career.
