I do not regularily anymore, but now that you mention it, I should. I did Tai Chi and other martial arts on a daily basis for a long time. Needless to say, I had a baby and stopped doing just about everything. Go figure. When I did, it was part of a warm up or cool down process that we were taught by our martial arts instructors. Mostly, exercises meant to get the chi flowing, you know the stuff that looks like dancing, though we only did a few exercises.

I haven't in the past couple of months. I definetly need to though because of all the stress form not having a job. I did 3 quarters of Tai Chi in college and I loved it..I felt great after every class. Thanks for the post...I think I will do some when I wake up in the morning :)
