According to e-mail sent to the Denver Post, Cuban saw Martin's mother as a fan was yelling that the Nuggets were "thugs." He said to Martin's mother, "That includes your son"
On the contrary, Kenyon Martin's agent advised that an unprovoked Cuban told Martin's mother, "Your son is a punk."

There are two different accounts on what actually being said. According to e-mail sent to the Denver Post, Cuban saw Martin's mother as a fan was yelling that the Nuggets were "thugs." He said to Martin's mother, "That includes your son"
On the contrary, Kenyon Martin's agent advised that an unprovoked Cuban told Martin's mother, "Your son is a punk."
