This is what I found about Brad Miller in the Bulls vs Celtics game.

From Boston Herald:

"Chicago Slow-motion replay may have spared Brad Miller a suspension."
"Davis, however, knows what he saw and felt. He swung at me,” Big Baby said after the C’s 121-118 double-overtime loss. Miller remembers the moment a tad differently. Miller said: “He came across the face and I pushed back a little bit.”
