I think it's silly. I think that if you want to sign up for the NBA draft, you should be able to. Heck, if I want to sign up for the draft, I should be able to.

Banning somebody from the draft just because the NBA doesn't think that they have a chance to get drafted is not fair and discriminatory.

Check out the Mahalo page for more information. http://www.mahalo.com/Mark_Titus I feel it's silly that you can't at least put your name in the hat. If nobody picks it so be it but why say you cannot put your name in to start with?
