It depends on which country you are in and what is your favorite sports. Every sports and games are interesting for those who find it interesting. Country or place where you grew up also plays a part. Many people in America like baseball but not interested in cricket because cricket is not a well known game in America.

You can get closer seats at a cricket match than you can at a baseball game.

well ur kinda right but ......wats the differnce between baseball and cricket well mabye they both have something they play the same but differnt pimstick and the cricket thing idk how to describe it "sorry " for who ever likes cricket .....

I think that's a leading question... My opinion would be that cricket is more boring... But, since cricket goes on for days, there are other, social aspects of the game to fill in that time for spectators. People have HAD to find other things to do during the match to fill in all that time.
