If life was discovered on another planet, would it change your views on religion?

Not me. The Flying Spaghetti Monster has never revealed how many planets he created life upon. In fact, He could create some just as we get there. Or, alternatively, just after we leave disappointed. That's the fun thing about being an Omnipotent God, nothing has to make sense, and anything amusing is possible.

No... And I'm not aware of any doctrine that suggests that the Earth is the only product of God.

I'm sure it would cause some debate and discussion in some religious communities though...

If life was to found out on any other plantes then definetly our views on religion would change as many of our beliefs and thoughts are embeded with thoughts that there is no life else where
