Of course aliens exist--through sheer probability, it's nearly-impossible that they don't (and I'm assuming you mean sentient life forms originating from somewhere other than Earth), with the unimaginably high number of stars and planets out there.
But for the same reason, and knowing how much of space is...well...empty space, it's pretty much equally UNlikely that any have or ever will make the tremendous trip it would take to 'visit' us, and that's assuming they know where we are, which is a huge assumption already.

It is arrogant to expect that just because we are made in His image, means that God is human-like. Also to expect that God only had the foresight to put all his ideas and energy into Earth and it's people is truly narcissistic.

Do I believe *in* a particular alien life form? Nope. Personally any entity alien or otherwise I would need to be able to at least look at and communicate with before I even consider believing in it. It seems like a small favor to ask in exchange for believing wholeheartedly in something without reservations.

Why can't life be more complicated than we understand? Are angels not alive? They are not made of matter. Why can't there be things that are alive and do not fit the standard, cells-and-dna model that we have seen?

The Bible was written before people knew where the sun went at night, so I hardly see how that's relevant. Of course aliens exist--through sheer probability, it's nearly-impossible that they don't (and I'm assuming you mean sentient life forms originating from somewhere other than Earth), with the unimaginably high number of stars and planets out there.

Of course, why wouldn't you? Aliens are as much a part of God's plan as humans, just as animals are a part of his plan. It is arrogant to expect that just because we are made in His image, means that God is human-like. Also to expect that God only had the foresight to put all his ideas and energy into Earth and it's people is truly narcissistic.

- Fact Refuted
Perhaps they have no inclination to contact us. Let me illustrate this with an analogy....
Consider when you walk through the forest. Do you stop and try and "make contact" with the ants that you see? Does the thought of communicating with them even cross your mind?
My guess is "no". But just because humans don't try and communicate with the ants doesn't mean humans don't exist.

Do I believe life may exist elsewhere in the universe? Yes, it seems entirely possible. Do I believe *in* a particular alien life form? Nope. Personally any entity alien or otherwise I would need to be able to at least look at and communicate with before I even consider believing in it. It seems like a small favor to ask in exchange for believing wholeheartedly in something without reservations.
