Those are crocodile claws/feet. Alligator feet tend to be more webbed, narrower in the digits, and with smaller scales. Please see linked images for comparison.

Seriously. They're reptilian, so I'm figuring something like iguana...not nearly as dangerous to try to farm as crocs, and probably hard to tell apart.

No these are definately aligator feet, they are not always webbed see this photo you can tell by the type of scaling and the coloration http://flickr.com/photos/juliaanderson/2769868912/

If those are dead mammalian hands of some kind, then the owners had a killer case of psoriasis! En masse! It's an epidemic that hits both bears and humans! Seriously. They're reptilian, so I'm figuring something like iguana...not nearly as dangerous to try to farm as crocs, and probably hard to tell apart.
