To be honest, diet fads such as this and other packaged diet plans never work. It's just a waste of money to desperate people trying to lose weight. Try the natural approach. The raw food diet will keep you healthy and slim with no health concerns.

diets alone don't work you will need to do it with an exercise in able to lose weight. Now a days there are several herbal products that might help a lot
