The Warrior diet isnt necessarily just one meal per day. Though many view it as such. The warrior diet is largely based on fresh meats, fruits and veggies. What a traveling "warrior" might hunt and catch. Lean meats such as chicken, lean cuts of beef, duck and deer. as well as "fresh" veggies and fruits. As someone who has had great success with this plan, let me warn you, the first week will be the toughest. Your stomach will feel so empty it hurts when you wake up. If you've ever been so hungry that you didnt want to eat, multiply it by ten, thats how it feels, The second week will mostly be just feeling really hungry but not uncomfortable. teh third week and on is a breeze. The trick is to step your activity level so that you are burning more calories. run, do weights. I started training in boxing and MMA. It is the "warrior" diet, right. I am now in the best shape of my life. I'm 31 and I'm now in better shape than when I was 18(I was kindof a fatass then.)

Does anyone have experience with the Warrior Diet, and if so how did it work for you?
I've been researching various diets and have stumbled upon the Warrior Diet by a guy named Ori Hofmekler. It seems to work for him and the proponents of the diet swear by it. Can you share your thoughts, experiences and concerns about the diet? Link provided to his site below.

If you just eat one meal a day, your metabolism would be way to low. You would be tired and hungary most of the day. You would be better off to just eat a small, healthy snack throughout the day to keep your matabolism high. If you do the warrior diet, you will only eat one meal a day and more than likely you will pass out! Don't do this diet if you want to stay and be healthy.
