M$The only really safe way to get plenty of Omega 3 fats in your body is to take high quality fish oil supplements. If the supplements are of high quality, you won’t have to worry about mercury contamination and other toxins. However, you have to be very careful when choosing the fish oil supplements. Not all supplements are high quality.
So if you are tired of eating salmon and since you are not supposed to be eating all that fish anyway, you might try some quality fish oil supplements. Good luck! :-)
