Sorry for confusion. In the Morgan Freeman & Friends Cookbook there is a recipe for Baked Banana Pudding by Myrna Colley-Lee & Jessica Fasm

an that states 1/3 cup (80 ml) All-Purpose Flour. I tried this and my pudding came out 1/2" high and gellish (not 2-1/2" & moist as per the picture??). Should it maybe be 2 or 3 cups of flour? I unfortunately wasted all those ingredients but would still like to try again. Please help. Thank-you. Sue Quinn, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada: e-mail: susyqms@rogers.com

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.
