Sorosky could impeach Fitzgerald's modus operandi of gratuitous prosecutions as per Scooter Libby who had nothing to do with Valerie Plame

Scooter Libby was indicted and convicted for obstruction of justice and had NOTHING whatsoever to do with the allegations regarding Valerie Plame.

Fitzgerald knew from the start that Richard Armitage had leaked the Plame name to the media and noone in the Bush administration had anything whatsoever to do with that.

Regardless, Patrick Fitzgerald pursued a gratuitous high profile prosecution. Ditto here--maybe.

If I were Blagojovich's lawyer I would include the above as part of my defence, another reason to question the legitimacy of the original complaint.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.
