How can I find someone to buy my house?
in hull of england and the county is yorkshire,needs minor repair and to electric fire and some laminate flooring but it is fully moderised which was only done up about two years agao basicly its not bad looking just needs some1 with a handy man knowledge cos i am teraded erm retedeed reeeeeeeeted stupid,so if nyone is instrested let me know thanks craig xxxxxxx.

*Put a lower price on the for sale sign. If it's low enough, you'll get people bidding against each other and you'll end up getting the price you wanted anyway. But you gotta go low to even get people looking at it.
*Every place you can advertise for free, do! Put pictures up, put a price, give information, etc. Also try paying for a bit of advertisement in the local news papers.
*Have an open house to get people in and looking at it. Offer some type of food or refreshment.
*If you haven't done so already, put a for sale sign out in front.
*Tell friends and family members that you are selling your home- they might know other people that are looking for a home.
*Consider fixing it up before selling it. You might be able to get more money out of it, and you might be able to get more people looking at it.
