Some persons have a genetic predisposition towards diabetes. Are persons with short sleep patterns of 5 or 6 hours nightly more prone to ac

quiring this disease?
Overweight is another contributing factor along with high cholesterol. The consumption of carbohydrates is also limited for those diagnosed with diabetes. What else must we know to stay healthy because Type 2 is irreversible even with exercise and diet.
