How about this one:

From Always Sync website:
Synchronization over a Network
To synchronize over a local network or the Internet:
1. Make a shared folder on one computer (e.g., using Windows Explorer).
2. Give network users permission to read and write to that folder.
3. Ensure the shared folder is accessible from the other computer (when you synchronize over the Internet you may need to configure your firewall accordingly).
4. Run Allway Sync on the other computer.
5. Specify a local folder in the left folder-selection panel.
6. Specify the network shared folder in the right folder-selection panel.
7. Synchronize folders as you would with local folders.

Free: SyncToy v2.0

MyDigitalLife has an instruction on how to setup SyncToy to run automatically using Windows Task Scheduler.

Please note, this means that if you make changes on a PC, they won't be copied/replicated automatically to other PCs. You can set the SyncToy to run hourly or every 30 minutes.
Paid:
GoodSync ($29.95) or SyncBack SE ($30) - both with 30 days trial available.

Both software comes with automatic detection of file changes.

Answered Question

Mahalo is adding a tip to all questions that don't offer a tip.
What is a good program to keep my files in sync with my home network? (preferably free)
I use live mesh to keep a lot of my most important files synced but I want to sync my music (60-70 Gigs) between two computers in my house. I would use mesh like i have in the past but I don't like using that much bandwidth because my understanding is all of the changes are made and sent to the cloud and back down over my internet. I want a solution that uses my home network so i don't use the bandwidth.

There are couple of solutions. The free one is required a bit of scripting while the paid version can recognize the file changes automatically. Free: SyncToy v2.0
