What are some software packages for existing customer relationship management (NOT sales)?

I can't seem to find any software that is good for basic customer management. Every package seems to be "sales" oriented, but I simply need something for tracking interaction between our account managers and their accounts i.e. What account? Who was the contact? When/where was interaction? Were there any issues?

There is a hosted solution, Salesforce.com which is very popular and has many integrated applications added from external developers.
