My laptop shows only half a program?

i downloaded a program ages ago, a video to ipod converter, it was great but i just went on it again and the window it comes up as shows only half, so alot is cut of stopping me from clicking buttons, it is not the program as it is happening to other programs aswell.

Usually, the best way to fix these sorts of problems, would be to change your screen resolution. try this, and reply to this if you need more help :D

Yes... I've encountered a video editing tool before which I thought worked for me at first. Then I realized that the output only converted half of the video. I searched online then what's wrong with it then I realized I have to buy the application for it to output whole converted videos...

I forgot what the app's called. Maybe the app you downloaded is not the full version or it requires you to buy it like the one I got before. What's the name of that video converter again?

You misunderstand me, I was tired when I typed it lol I mean the actual window the program is in is cutting off the edges, so like the scroll bar is cut off
