Why don't you use Google Analytics?
It lets you check the pages (title), keywords on entry, top content and extras like where visitors country, etc.
Twitter has it's own external analytics.
As for Facebook, I don't think you'd want analytics softwares in Facebook. I mean, the idea of a social networking website like Facebook, MySpace and Friendster is to ensure only certain groups of people can see what you say or do.

Is there a web app that provides data analysis of keywords a blog uses for its post titles?
I want an app that is able to create detailed analysis of the words and word combinations a blog uses for its post titles (not content). Data points include the frequency of words used and the most common word combinations. What would be really cool is if that data could be compared to sharing activity (Twitter retweets and Facebook shares). Does a tool like this exist?
