You could try Google Mobile Sync.

http://www.google.com/mobile/default/sync.html

With Google Mobile Sync you can:

Synchronize the contacts and calendar on your phone with your Google account.

Synchronize your Contacts with Google

Depending on your phone, get Google Calendar events to your phone

Make changes either on your phone or on the Web

After syncing with Google Mobile Sync, then you might try a mobile Outlook.

Then sync your Outlook 2007 with your mobile or get Microsoft Outlook Mobile and sync it with Outlook 2007.

I also believe you could try the Google Calendar Sync.

Google Calendar Sync allows you to sync events between Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook Calendar. You'll be able to determine the direction of information flow, as well as the sync frequency. Staying on top of your Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook Calendar events has never been easier! Here's some good information to know to help you get started with Google Calendar Sync.

Compatibility

Currently, Google Calendar Sync is only compatible with Microsoft Outlook versions 2003 and 2007, and operating systems Windows XP and Windows Vista.

Windows XP 64-bit Edition is not compatible with Google Calendar Sync at this time.
