The Open Source Initiative (OSI) are the stewards of the Open Source Definition (OSD) and the community-recognized body for reviewing and approving licenses as OSD-conformant.
Open Source Licenses which have successfully gone through the approval process and comply with the Open Source Definition are available through the source link below.

Is there a good EULA template for a downloadable application?
I'm planning to put a free Adobe AIR application on my website and would like to include a CYA EULA to have the user acknowledge any defects in the software, etc. are not my responsibility. Is there a good one I can use? Also, will the EULA need to be between the user and a corporate entity, i.e. will I need to create a company? Thanks for any advice. Want to make this application freely available but not have it come back to bite me.

You may find the Open Source Initiative a good resource for EULAs to consider. http://www.opensource.org/files/garland_logo.png

Thanks, but I'm not making the source freely available, just the executable. So I'm not sure this applies.
