I have one photo saved on my computer and I want to do a little change into the photo. any suggestion is there to clean up?

it is a snap photo & i want to clean the face.

Download Picasa from Google. It has some limited but good tools. If you don't mind paying money you can always get adobe photoshop elements. They also have release Adobe Photoshop Express which is a web based photoshop.

use photoshop u can work wonders with this s/w, use the stamp tool, smudge tool, & a lil bit of blur it'll give you a picture perfect

It's free!

It's also VERY good at making small changes to photos. It's very easy to use and with a couple of simple clicks you can make just about any change that you would like!
