Yep, there's a way. Open up iTunes, and go to the Podcasts area. Select the podcast you want to download all from. At the bottom, select "Settings...". Uncheck "Use Default Settings" and change the "When new episodes are available:" selection from "Download the most recent one" to "Download all". Press OK.
If you want to do this for all podcasts, follow the same steps, but instead of unchecking "use default settings", change the "Settings for:" selection to "Podcast defaults."

Can I make iTunes automatically load all episodes of a podcast without hitting the "Get All" button everytime?
I'm using iTunes 8 on WinXP. I have some podcast I want all episodes from. I download podcast once a day. Some podcasts post episodes several times a day. iTunes will only load the most recent episode on the podcast I've subscribed to. Then I can press "Get All" (German: "Alle Holen") to download all episodes. Can I get around opening (pressing the triangle) all podcasts and press the button?

• Thanks. I couldn't have hoped for a better answer. I feel a little stupid now, as the solution wasn't far from my sight. Especially as I already experienced the huge surprise when finding the "end subscription"-button right next to the "Settings"-button. I'd been searching for it too for a long time.
Thanks, again.
(But I still think that's an UI-design fault on Apple's side. I'm not looking for buttons there. Both "End Subscription" and "Settings" belong in the context menu in Windows.)
