How would the world be a different place if Coca-Cola didn't exist?

Coca-Cola is a huge corporation, with large amounts of money and an amazing history. It sells in hundreds of countries and has sponsored a surprising number of events and organizations.

It seems unlikely that such a large company wouldn't have had some effect on the world... but what would the world be like if they never existed?

Yes, I agree. But my uncle works at coke, and their influence extends over a much wider area than most people think. They own many other giants that seem independant, such as fruitopia. If Coca-Cola did not exist, then there would be a variety of different things and companies that would be different. Without such a giant company, who helps the economy and is a universal symbol, the world would be much different. Also, villages in India would have access to the water they need.

But if it didn't exist, then we wouldn't even know that it could have, and would not know the difference.

Pepsi would never have a competitor?

Joking aside, we can assume that perhaps some other companies would take over its place. After all Coca cola is not an invention and sole producer of soft drinks.

The world would be a sad place...
The kids would be alone, crying at their rooms, while drinking Pepsi... (Oh no, so terrible)
Santa Claus would be a blue and red dressed man...
Polar Bears would live a sad and boring life and wouldn't have nice hats and cute clothing (poor Polar Bears).
Conspiracy maniac guys would have to focus in ET, Unicorns, Yetis, etc. because, who really cares about the secret ingredient in Pepsi?

It would be a very sad world...

There will not be these much cola cans to be recycled. People will have less acid erosion to their teeth.
Some one might have invented a different soft drink with caffeine.
So many people would have found some other job.
