why does Manny Pacquiao insist to speak english? I remember the interviewer offering a translator. Doesn't he love his culture?

He does love being Filipino. He fights under the Philippine flag, doesn't he? The reason why he insist on speaking in English is maybe because he knows he could reach everyone since majority of Filipinos understand English, as well.
