Yes, Boise is a "high tech city".
"Technology investment and the high-tech industry have become increasingly important to the city"
With heavy hitters such as HP, Bodybuilding.com, Crucial.com, MobileDataForce, MarkMonitor, Sybase, Kayako, Balihoo.com and Microsoft, there is a good amount of tech in the city.
I've neber been to Idaho, but it sure looks like a nice place. With facts like these, I would consider moving to Boise.
