Which city do you prefer to work and live in, Casper Wy or Salt Lake City?

Why do you prefer one city over another? What are your reasons pro or con for selecting the city that you live in?

Salt Lake City, Personally I have some friends somewhat close to that area also I have always liked that region and would enjoy to work in that type of climate. I really think it would be interesting place to work and feel that it would be enjoyable.
