A cool person is those who are very heartfelt. they tend to give in to a greater good other than themselves. They take what they know or what theyve learned from others, and pass it on...
with that said... heres a video of someone I admire and respect. He is my brother, my best friend, and my role model.
dont mind the interview to much, some of it travels out of the point of this question.

1) They make everyone else feel like their presence is enjoyed.
2) They're interesting to be around; you never know exactly what they'll say or do next.
3) They know how to relax and enjoy life, but don't do it at the expense of others.

I have met a few people in my life that I would consider truly charasmatic, and the overall theme is that they do not define themselves or others by age, sex, looks, etc....i.e. they treat everyone the same.
When you define yourself by your friends, occupation, clique or station in life, you automatically become 'uncool'. And that's all I have to say about that.

What is your definition of a generally cool person?
We all think we are cool. So what is the definition of a cool person? The celebrity? The Whiner? The person with the most money? Or the unknown beer buddy next door? I actually think the cool person is the quiet wise man sitting in the corner, but hey, this is social media.

"cruel to be kind." So there are different kinds of kindness but we really don't know who people are or what they enjoy. we are all different. my father in law says that if you don't have something nice to say, don't say it.

A cool person is someone who just comes off as always nice, well mannered, kind, and friendly. Someone who is cool can relate well with most people, and appreciates other people who this person hangs around. This person does not need to be the best in one category over another, yet the cool person would be considered well rounded.

It not the people I'd like to relate too, but rather the relaxed person who would invite me to share a drink with them and vice versa. The George Coonleys of the world. Watch the video in the source! It's worth it!

I'm going to show that to my kids as part of cool training; however, i'm not sure i can agree with the car part of that vid. getting arrested is pretty cool, but maybe the guy that doesn't get arrested in todays world is actually the generally cool person. something to think on.

ah, a cool person we got here. not the brother, you. your beard is like a focal point. i doubt i ever forget that image. your brother seems very cool, he must have been a good role model.

honestly, I have no redbeard... it was a nickname from friends who tend to crack jokes about it because when my facial hair does get long, its brownish reddish... I was always a beach kid... I practically lived on the water... my family is fisherman and always hung out at the docks. I for one, was into surfing and the beach.. which I think is how my facial hair comes out red... or I could be bulls--tting and its jus the portuguese blood in me.
and hes not my real brother. to make a long story short, parents werent around... grandma was there for the tough love. Ive made bad decisions before, and made a big change in my life by moving to las vegas, where I could start a new life, pick and choose my friends, and eventually... make legit money.
damn my whole life story!

nah, that's cool. i think to make money no matter how much, you have to just enjoy yourself and not worry. every day we have to hang in there and count the good things in life instead of worrying about all the he said/she said things of the world. if you do the right things, you will be successful. my grandfather was successful in his own way and very happy. he didn't make a lot of money, live in a big house, or have tons of friends. he was just himself.

I strongly believe in the phrase I preach.
"you cant be happy without first being sad"
once youve experience sadness, can you truly be happy in your own way.

Someone who is comfortable with themselves and is more concerned with actually improving themselves rather than being desperate to appear a certain way (e.g., getting to know more people versus trying to appear popular). Someone who goes out of their way to help another, even if they don't know them well. Someone who makes the people around them better.

Well, I think you have regular cool (which is many different versions according to the beholder), but think about truly charismatic. I have met a few people in my life that I would consider truly charasmatic, and the overall theme is that they do not define themselves or others by age, sex, looks, etc....i.e. they treat everyone the same.
