Anyway the verbs here are not all Ar. Cantar, bailar, reir, leer.
(Ustedes) Canten, Bailen, Rian y Lean Libros! = (You 2d person plural) Sing, dance, laugh, and read books!
For now I suggest you memorize the conjugations. It will come more naturally with time but some conjugations just don't have a formula or an explanation. They just are.

Not all Ar verbs are the same, while there is a general rule there are always exceptions to the rule and irregular verbs. Happens in every language. Anyway the verbs here are not all Ar. Cantar, bailar, reir, leer.
