Spanish help?

Since these are all AR verbs in Spanish why are they like this?

Canten, Bailen, Rian y Lean Libros!

What does this say?

Not all Ar verbs are the same, while there is a general rule there are always exceptions to the rule and irregular verbs. Happens in every language.
Anyway the verbs here are not all Ar. Cantar, bailar, reir, leer.
(Ustedes) Canten, Bailen, Rian y Lean Libros! = (You 2d person plural) Sing, dance, laugh, and read books!

For now I suggest you memorize the conjugations. It will come more naturally with time but some conjugations just don't have a formula or an explanation. They just are.
