white poster with Russian writing, dark-haired woman shouting, characters П, и, з on it

The poster shows a young-ish woman with short, dark hair under what I'd most easily describe as a skull cap, in profile, shouting upward and to the right side of the poster. She's shouting a word spelled out in Russian characters inside a white trapezoidal streak that expands toward the upper right. There are also some short Russian words in the upper left and bottom, as I remember.
