Is the usage of Lysol and other disinfectants both germacide and genocide?

Shouldn't germs, bacteria and viruses receive the same rights as other species?

@coltech88 Thank you for answering this question..My oldest open question! :)

I asked it as a "sort of" a humorous question back when I first started here at Mahalo.
I did not know what Mahalo was really like then and was sort of testing the waters.
