If political parties were abolished in America, how do you think the candidates for offices in Washington would change?
Sometimes I look at US politics and wonder if things would not be better if every politician were not following the party line of what to say in order to get elected. What do you think would happen?

More rich people would buy there way into to office since they would not need to appeal to or be supported by a party. It would make Washington and State Governments the private playground of the wealthy. Laws would reflect that demographic and the end of the world as we know it would be upon us.
