There isn't enough space here to answer that question. It's so hard to quantify someone who is so far beyond explanation that you can't really put God and his wonderful works into words.
I'll mention a few things here, but this is by no means an exhaustive list.
First, I am thankful that Jesus died for my sins even before I ever knew him.
Second. I am very thankful for my husband. I spent many years searching for the right guy then finally surrendered my heart's desires to God. He brought the man of my dreams into my life. No one but God understands and relates to me better than my husband. I am so thankful that God gave me such a perfect match in spite of all my own failed attempts.
Third, I am thankful for each day that God allows me to live on this earth. I try not to take them for granted but to live each day as if Jesus is coming back that day or the next. Although I am far from perfect, I am striving to be more like God would have me to be each day. I really want to make him proud.

He has blessed me with a job.
He has blessed me with good health.
He has blessed me with good friends.
Every day I drive to work, and I haven't had an accident. That's another way he has blessed me.
Every day, at my job, I am around 4,000 people. I haven't had a regrettable incident with any of them. That's another way he has blessed me.

Family is one of my blessing and having one of my own is another blessing. A loving and responsible husband and two daughters made me complete. Because of them my purpose in life is clear. I know that they are God's gift to me so that I will experience His ultimate love.
Having this body that can perform tasks and think is also a blessing. For God blessed me and created me through His image. To know that I am responsible with my body that I have to take care of it and with utmost respect. That with Gods gift of wisdom, talent, and health I was able to survive, feed my family, as well as help others who are in dire need.
Another blessing are the friends that I made old and new for they are also anchors in times of confusion and when I need advice or just wanted to unburden my problems.
Nature is also a blessing. Every time I see a blooming flower, gaze up high on the mountains, see birds fly, watch tall trees in awe I am truly blessed for God gave me a chance to enjoy and care for His creations that sustain my life.
And last but not the least, I am blessed that God gave me the grace to be contented and happy with what I have achieved in life. It is hard to be contented but He gave me the wisdom to know what is my priority and purpose in life. And because of that I have now a clear vision of what I want and need and how to be happy and thankful to Him always.

The Lord has blessed me so much that everyday of counting hHs blessing is not enough. The day I breath life into this earth, God has given me the wonderful gift of life. To experience the love of my parents and family. How I love being cuddled by my mom and raise up high by my father. Then I have my two brothers who are very protective of me and my doting sister who never failed to give me advice. Family is one of my blessing and having one of my own is another blessing. A loving and responsible husband and two daughters made me complete. Because of them my purpose in life is clear. I know that they are God's gift to me so that I will experience His ultimate love.
