So much to do, so little time!!
Life is an exploration to some, a mission for others, a term of service, a curse, a vacation.... however you see it, it can overwhelm with the number of possibilities.
Over and above what you do is why you do it. What is the overriding purpose of your life? Does the choice of activity move you toward or away from that purpose?
Once you make a comittment to a purpose, choosing what to do is easier.
"You are getting closer to _____ or you are getting lost".
Keep in mind, you may be 100% wrong when you choose purpose, and may come to a place in life where you feel you have wasted years or been wrong. Prepare for that by realizing now that, right or wrong, you are going to grow and gain experience and confidence as you pursue your goals that will serve you no matter how radical a change of heart you have in the future...
In the end it isn't what you did, but what you became by it that matters.

Does anyone ever really know what they want in life? There are so many things I want to do! Waxing philosophical today. Apologies.
