I do think Newman is a solid sleeper pick... although it depends who else is available in order to say if he is your best pick. Dallas has a great pass rush which tends to help out the secondary, so the potential for interceptions is greater as the QB will be in a hurry to get the ball out.
I think another sleeper pick to keep an eye out for at the CB position is Sean Smith with the Dolphins. He's a rookie that has looked great in the preseason and in training camp. He had 2 picks in the preseason, including an amazing 1-handed pick against NO. Being a rookie, he's sure to be tested which I think also increases the chances to get some interceptions.
