Anyone ever been to Tall Ships? Does the cost of the Ticket get you on the ships or is that extra?

If you mean the Tall Ship Festival and Atlantic Challenge, then which port will you be seeing them from? From the link I posted, there will be 3 US ports.

Depending on where you plan to see these ships, the cost of the ticket may or may not let you aboard. The link I posted does have a contact/comment area at the bottom and may be able to help you.
I'm sure the festival will be a blast!
