Anyone ever been to Tall Ships? Does the cost of the Ticket get you on the ships or is that extra?

If you mean the Tall Ship Festival and Atlantic Challenge, then which port will you be seeing them from? From the link I posted, there will be 3 US ports. http://www.tall-shiprace.com/
