How do I get a copy of my social security card?

I need a copy of my card but I don't have one and can't remember ever actually have a hard copy. What do I have to do and what information do I need to provide in order to get one?

Depending on your situation, you may not need a new Social Security Card. The important thing is to know your Social Security number. Here's a link further down from the one that nativenerd provided. It's "How do I replace a lost Social Security card"
