Would you support the Legalization of marijunana in your state?

Not just for medicinal use, but out and out legalization acorss the board - like go to the store, get some milk, ceral and a pack of grass.

Yeah, as long as there were laws with it just like with alcohol. No toking and driving, no public "intoxication," stuff like that. And I think the legal age to buy should be 21 as well and stores should have to have a license to sell it just like alcohol. Alcohol is a drug too, like it or not, but it's legal, so why not pot? I have personally never smoked pot, or done any drugs for that matter, but I know a lot of people who do. I do however drink on occasion, and I can get pretty drunk at times, but I am responsible with it and always follow the law. But a lot of people are not and it's still legal. I don't condone any other drugs becoming legal, though. I just don't see pot as being anymore harmful than alcohol.

I wouldn't support that idea at all. Unlike cigarettes, marijuana can and does alter the mental state of mind. Making it totally legal would mean people could be driving legally high. That would be as bad as allowing someone to drive drunk.

I think I would suport it. Maybe Flyingbird65 is right....it is a bad ideea, but after all...nobody pours beer in your month...therefore nobody will put a gun to your head and ask you: Smoke or die! It's your choice....Wanna smoke...do it...at your own risk!

There is only one question to answer this, at which age you are free and responsible for your decisions?

Is there anyway? And who decides what is right for you? TV?

I think after a certain age or mental awareness/ consciousness you are free to do what is right for you!
