There isn't any hard historical evidence for most of this, so the Joseph part is essentially moot.

So far as a when/if of Exodus, no there is no hard date and no tablets. Rameses is the traditional pharaoh given, but some archaeologists wonder if Akhenaten is more likely. There are records of mass revolts from the time of his reign, and he was the pharaoh who decreed that there would be one main god from now on, the sun god Aten.

So as fragile a theory as it is, the apparent influence of a monotheistic culture and the evidence of social issues during his time give a likely possibility for the basis of the exodus during his reign. (say 1320-1330 BCE)

I have heard of a stone tablet that described Hebrews in Egypt. Where was the city of Ramses?

Ilustration on how may have looked the City of Pi-Ramses (or Pi-Ramesses as is often called) that means: Ramses House.

The new city was built by Ramses over other ancient city, Avaris, in the oriental delta of the Nile, a place dear to him because it was his father’s summer residence, the pharoh Sethi I. The location was his family craddle.
