1. Everytime my cats do funny things or they act stupid...
2. When my special one say funny things and even act them out...
3. And when anyone's saying a good joke...
I actually laugh all the time and even on simple things... :D Live is so short and complicated. If we'll get to serious with it, we'll just miss a lot of things.

She's the only person out of our old group of friends who I've kept in contact with, and vice versa. I see her every day and I'm moving in with her in a week! :D
I'm finding it hard to put my finger on anything that specifically makes me laugh with her, because it's just everything - there's nowhere I laugh more than in her presence :)
A lot of the time it's just shock at how similar we are. Genie and I, as cliche as it sounds, are constantly finishing each other's sentences. Sometimes we'll both hum a random little jingle at exactly the same time for absolutely no reason - that really freaks people out! :p The thing is we don't know how we do it either...

Laughter is good for your health
* Laughter relaxes the whole body.
* Laughter boosts the immune system.
* Laughter triggers the release of endorphins
* Laughter protects the heart.
And yes, laughter is good for your heart and soul. I have always used that old saying " if you don't laugh you'll cry". Laughter relaxes me and cleanses my soul. If I am upset or worried or stressed out, a good laugh always helps me. Sometimes when the world seems dark and gray, laughter can bring out blue skies. Yes, I know that sounds corny but it is true.

I generally laugh when I'm hanging out with friends, reading the comics, or watching funny videos on YouTube. There are lots of benifits to laughing a lot, which is why there are plenty of Laughter Clubs. These are basically clubs were people to go relax, and laugh to enjoy the benifits of laughter.
