Of course he is.

Pharaoh Djoser is the the first pharaoh to ask for a pyramid to be built in Saqqara (I believe it is for his tomb, but I don't really knows the details though).

The pharaoh after him then follow his footstep to build more pyramid in the Egyptian land.

Great info.

I'm more interested in:

What religious or cultural practices started by Dsojer were adopted by other Pharaohs throughout Egyptian History?

Oh, I thought nobody would care about that, looks like I'm wrong. Then, here goes the answer which I could think of based on the given fact:

1) Build the first painted limestone life-sized Egyptian statue of himself.
"Supreme sculptural competence was achieved remarkably quickly. The primitive, yet immensely impressive life-size statue of Djoser pointed the way to the magnificent royal sculptures from the 4th-dynasty pyramid complexes at Giza"
2) Building a new different type of tomb (mastaba).
"“The mastaba was the first phase in the evolution of the pyramid. However, when a mastaba was built for the burial of the Third Dynasty king Djoser, the architect Imhotep enlarged the basic structure to be a square, then built a similar, but smaller, mastaba-like square on top of this, and added a fourth, fifth, and sixth square structure above that. The resulting building is the Step Pyramid, the first of the many pyramid tombs which succeeded it. Thus the mastaba is the first step towards the more famous Pyramids."
"In the great cemeteries of the Old Kingdom, changes in size, internal arrangements, and groupings of the burials of nobles indicate the vicissitudes of nonroyal posthumous expectations. In the 3rd dynasty at Ṣaqqārah the most important private burials were at some distance from the step pyramids of Djoser and Sekhemkhet. Their large superstructures incorporated offering niches that were to develop into chapels (as in the tomb of Khabausokar) and corridors that could accommodate paintings of equipment for the afterlife and niches to hold carved representations of the deceased owner"
3) Rebuilt the temple of Khnum on the island of Elephantine
4) Built building entirely of stone, the innovative structure was a departure from the traditional use of mud bricks along with stone.
5) Surrounding the Step Pyramid were a large number of limestone buildings intended to represent shrines used for royal rituals.
6) Djoser was the first king to reside exclusively at Memphis, thereby helping to make it the political and cultural centre of Old Kingdom Egypt.

Sorry,I can't find anything on pottery, new tools or anything godliness that can be traced back to Djoser, but I'm adding 2 more sources here:
