Kids can be your best friends or your worst enemies, trust me you'd rather have them as your friends. Most of all just be friendly, our previous neighbors had no children and we have four and they always made an effort to make our little ones feel special. Whether they offered watermelon on a hot day or packed their halloween bags with extra treats our kids would have done anything for them including watching their house, watering their plants, and even walking their dog. Most of all they had a great deal of respect for them. They are in fact mini adults in the making. Good luck.
