"For each delivery Fidelity would issue a Gold Export Certificate to the producer showing the fine gold and silver content. A gold producer would then raise a form CDI through its authorised dealers, who will seek exchange control approval for the export of the gold and silver.

"On obtaining exchange control approval to export gold, the producer shall issue FPR instructions to export or collect the gold from FPR. The FPR shall organise the transportation and insurance of the gold bullion from FPR's premises to the final destination of the gold and shall recover the cost from the gold producer," said Mr Mpofu."
