Turkic language of Turkey is being spoken by 90% of the population. Turkish language was introduced in the 13th and 14th centuries.

It doesnt have any relation with chinese language..

Are you saying that the elements of the Turkish language is found in 90% of the spoken languages?

No, it's one of the newer ones.

There is no single Chinese language.
