You actually dream EVERY NIGHT! That's right... The actual issue is remembering them!

The first step you might want to take is to ask your unconscious to remember the dreams. Let your unconscious know that it's important to you to remember them.

A more advanced (and very tiring) way of remembering your dreams is the way I learned to lucid dream (being aware of your dream while you're dreaming and interacting with the dream itself): As you go to sleep, consciously choose to wake up every time you think you're dreaming. Become hyper-aware of when you begin to dream and wake yourself up. Write down your dream and then do it again... It took me about two weeks of doing this to become proficient in lucid dreaming (and I was exhausted!).
