one can never say.mainly because the terrorists there are mixed with the people.you cannot say definitely that a person is innocent or a bad guy.

51% of Congress don't think the military campaign in Afghanistan will work and don't want to send more troops. However, the Military leaders are saying that the Afghan insurgents are rising and without reinforcement they will lose.
