How are falling rent rates affecting land lords in New York?
As vacancy rates increases, so do the decline of the rent rates. How are land lord reacting to the decline in rates and cash flow in New York?

Well, if rents became over-inflated, then YES it is great that they are going down!

What about the Land Lords, who own the properties? If they can't make mortgage payment, everyone is out.
