If you mean "unexplainable phenomenon" that people "call" ghosts or spirits? Yes.
I believe in things that can be reproduced or experienced on purpose. Things that I can't explain and can't reproduce on purpose tend to get explained as UFO's or ghosts. Calling them that doesn't make that what is happening. When all is said and done it's still unreproducible and unexplained.
