Did Thutmose III pursue the children Israel at the time of Exodus chasing after Mose?
Thumose lll did not pursue the the children of Israel at the time of Exodus by chasing after Moses.
The pharaoh who chased after Moses was Thutmose ll and he died at the burial of the Red Sea.

From the above quotes we can see that the Pharaoh(Thutmose ll) and his host perish in the Red Sea so it is impossible that Thutmose lll made up the hosts who pursued the children of Israel. Verse 23 of this chapter states that all of the Egyptians pursued and went after them. Note all.
